2. Use of this website constitutes agreement to the regulations, restrictions and conditions contained therein.
3. The site management reserves the right to update the regulations from time to time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in order to best reflect business, legal, technological, circumstantial or regulatory changes. In such a case, the change will be updated in this document and published on the site. It is the user's responsibility to review the regulations when entering the site and to update themselves on any changes that have occurred.
4. A "user" on the site is any person who enters the site and/or uses it in any way, including browsing, browsing, registering or making a purchase.

On-site services –

The site allows the purchase of sports equipment, including equipment for the game of pickleball; bats and balls, bags, covers, overgrips, bundles, sports clothing and apparel, supplementary equipment for sports players, and more.

1. The price of the services and/or products displayed on the site is exclusive of VAT and subject to the law.
2. Images displayed on the site are for marketing and illustrative purposes only. There may be differences between the images displayed on the site and the products actually sold.
3. Payment for the services and/or products purchased on the site will be completed through the payment page designated for this purpose on the site, in accordance with the payment details entered by the user.
4. The Company reserves the exclusive right to change, update, limit or discontinue the activity of the website, including its structure, design, content and services provided therein, at any time and without prior notice.
5. Use of the site and availability of ordering are limited to citizens of the State of Israel who are 18 years of age or older. Ordering will be possible for those who own an active bank account and/or a valid Israeli or international credit card, as well as an e-mail box and a standard residential address, which will be provided when placing the order on the site.
6. The eligibility to use the site by a minor is conditional on obtaining the permission of the parents or legal guardian. Any minor who performs actions on the site will be considered to have received the consent of his parents to use it.
7. The user of the site declares and undertakes that any information provided by him during the use of the site is accurate, correct, and personal only, and that he will not impersonate any other person, and will not use the identification details, username or password of another person without permission and authority.
8. The services offered on the Site are intended for personal use only, and may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company. Any commercial use of the Services without permission constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use, and the Company reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized use.

Cancellations and product replacement –

1. Transaction cancellation and product return policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
2. Cancellation of an order will be possible within 3 hours from the date the order was placed on the site, and subject to the order not being sent out for distribution.
3. The user will be given a 14-day return option from the date of receipt of the product.
4. In the event of cancellation of an order that has not been delivered, the customer will not be charged for the service.
5. In the event of an order cancellation or a request to replace a product that has already been distributed, the company will not bear the associated shipping costs. These costs will be fully borne by the customer only.
6. The site management may cancel the delivery of an order to the user, subject to notice thereof. In such a case, the user will not have any claim against the site management.
7. Notification of cancellation or return received will be provided to the user, and the company will refrain from charging the credit card, or will refund any amount paid for the products, to the extent such an amount has been paid.
8. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the original condition in which it was received by the buyer; unused, with tags and/or the strap that came with it and in its original packaging. The purchase invoice and order number must also be attached to the refund/cancellation request.

Shipping policy and distribution areas –

1. The products on the site are ready for delivery within 2 business days from the time the order is placed.
2. You can choose from the following types of deliveries: collection from a distribution point and/or home delivery.
3. Shipping costs will be determined at the sole discretion of the Company.
4. The full shipping price list appears on the payment page when placing the order and on the shipping policy page. In the event of a discrepancy between the price appearing on the order page and the price appearing on the shipping policy page, the price stated at the time of placing the order will be the determining price.
5. The site management may update the shipping rate subject to its sole discretion and without the need to provide prior notice.
6. The delivery service is provided by an external delivery company. The site management will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of products as a result of events beyond its control: strikes or shutdowns, acts of hostility and/or force majeure (earthquake, weather, war, economic shutdowns, etc.).
7. Delivery times are indicated when ordering products in the column for selecting the shipping method. Delivery times will be determined by business days; Sunday through Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and holidays as defined by law will not be considered business days.

Warranty and service –

1. The products marketed by the company are sports products intended for use during sports and/or physical activity, which carries a risk of injury. It is clarified that the site management does not bear any responsibility for physical, mental, financial, or any other damage caused to the user due to use of the products.
2. It is clarified that the content presented on the site is intended for marketing purposes and for the purposes of providing general information and sales only. Advice given through the site, sales representatives or the company's marketing channels should not be relied upon in any way for making decisions on personal, medical, legal or professional matters. For such matters, professional and qualified entities should be contacted.
3. All content presented on the site – written, visual or audio-visual – is intended for marketing, informational and/or promotional purposes only. The site management is not responsible for the accuracy of the information, its content, its effects or the consequences arising from reliance on it. It is clarified that this information is based in part or in part on variable data that depends on time, circumstances, location and other factors, and should therefore be considered general and non-binding information only.
4. Use of the site will be at the sole responsibility of its users.
5. The site management works with all its energy and resources to provide high-quality services and products and to the satisfaction of the users. Using benefits and vouchers –

1. The site management may update from time to time promotions, discounts, various benefits and coupons provided by it and subject to its sole discretion in the various advertising channels operated by it.
2. The use of a discount coupon and/or free shipping benefit will be granted once upon making each purchase, and it will not be possible to accumulate benefits or use multiple coupons and discounts in a single order, unless expressly stated otherwise and the site management has given its consent to this.
3. The benefit and/or coupon will be activated and calculated automatically when placing the order after you enter it in the box designated for this purpose. It is clarified that due to the advertising and marketing method, a situation may arise in which one user has more than one coupon and/or benefit. In such a case, the user will be able to enter only one benefit and/or coupon when placing the order and thus choose the benefit that is most profitable for him.
4. It will not be possible to use 2 different discount coupons/benefits on the same order.
5. The site management reserves the right to stop, change or suspend any promotion and/or benefit in the various advertising channels, at any time and without prior notice. The user will not have any claim or demand in this regard.
6. The free shipping benefit on orders over 399 NIS will be given as a single benefit when placing the order and will not be activated when using an additional coupon code on the same order unless otherwise defined by the company in the publications or otherwise defined when producing and publishing the coupon. If a discount coupon is entered on the order page, the free shipping benefit will be automatically canceled.

Information security and privacy –

2. The user declares and agrees that the exclusive jurisdiction in any matter and dispute as aforesaid, whether it is a civil, commercial, proprietary or other proceeding, is vested in the competent court in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district only, and not in any other court or judicial district.
