You can return a product or cancel a transaction that was made within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the products in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 - 1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations, 5771 - 2010 (IL)
Exchange or cancellation of a transaction will be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Transaction cancellation and product return policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
2. Cancellation of an order will be possible within 3 hours from the date the order was placed on the site, and subject to the order not being sent out for distribution.
3. The user will be given a 14-day return option from the date of receipt of the product.
4. In case of cancellation of an order that has not been delivered, the customer will not be charged for the service.
5. In case of an order cancellation or a request to replace a product that has already been distributed, the company will not bear the associated shipping costs. These costs and shipping arrangements will apply in full to the customer only.
6. The site management may cancel the delivery of an order to the user, subject to notice thereof. In such a case, the user will not have any claim against the site management.
7. Notification of cancellation or return received will be provided to the user, and the company will refrain from charging the credit card, or will refund any amount paid for the products, to the extent such an amount has been paid.
8. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the original condition in which it was received by the buyer; unused, with tags and/or the strap that came with it and in its original packaging. The purchase invoice and order number must also be attached to the refund/cancellation request.
